  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 4 ounces fresh bean sprouts
  • 3 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 4 green onions, sliced
