Egg, Sausage & Cheese Panini

Ingredients

• 2 large Eggland's Best eggs
• 1 tablespoon(s) 2% milk
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) salt
• Dash freshly ground Black Pepper
• Dash Cajun or Creole Seasoning (optional)
• 2 teaspoon(s) unsalted Butter or Margarine
• 2 slice(s) lowfat Cheddar Cheese
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 2 medium Ciabatta rolls (about 4 inch squares) or 4 slices Rye or other bread
  • 1 Italian Sausage Link (5-inch length) or 2 Sausage Patties
