Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup sugar
