  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk or water
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ cups diced cooked ham
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar

In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter. Saute the ham until browned. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, the milk or water, the salt, and the pepper.
