Eggs with Tortilla Chips, Salsa, and Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons milk or water
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • ¾ cup salsa (drained)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter

In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, the milk or water, the salt, and the pepper.
