Emily's Famous Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats

    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoon ginger
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
