  • 1 head romaine lettuce, leaves torn
  • 1 Bosc pear
  • 2 ounces gorgonzola, crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
