Endive and Radicchio Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Belgian endives
  • ¼ lb radicchio
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
