Endive with Figs, Blue Cheese, and Pecans
Ingredients
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 3 heads Belgian endive
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 fresh figs
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
