English Christmas Cake

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons brandy
• ¾ cup chopped almonds
• 1 cup candied cherries
• 4 cups dried currants
• 2 cups golden raisins
• 2 cups raisins
• 6 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
