ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can(s) fried onion rings (2.8 ounce can)
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 jar(s) diced pimento, undrained (2 ounce jar)
- 1 can(s) Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 ¾ ounce can)
- 1 can(s) English peas, drained (8.5 ounce can)
- 1 can(s) English peas, drained (17 ounce can)
Combine first 5 ingredients and half of onion rings, mixing well. Spoon half of pea mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with half of cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350°...
