Espresso Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • ½ cup butter or margarine
  • ¼ cup instant espresso granules, divided
  • 15 chocolate wafer cookies
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 8 ounces vanilla-flavored candy coating, chopped
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add cookies and 2 tablespoons espresso granules; process until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
