  • 3 8-oz. packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • Table salt
  • 1-¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 8 oz. chocolate wafers, finely crushed (2 cups of crumbs)
  • 10 oz. semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 7 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
    • 1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
    • Chocolate shards or curls, for garnish
    • 3 Tbs. granulated sugar
