  • 2 medium Red Potatoes
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • ½ pound Baby Spinach
  • 2 large Eggland's Best Organic Eggs
  • Clarified Butter (or Olive Oil)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 slices Havarti cheese (2 ounces)
    • 2 Portobello Mushrooms
