Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 pound red beets
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ¼ pound goat's milk cheese
