Fave Bean Pesto


  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 ½ lemons
  • ¼ cup green pumpkin seeds
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup fava beans (blanched and skinned)
