Favorite Banana Blueberry Quick Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup white sugar
• ½ cup shortening
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ cup chopped pecans
