  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 russet (baking) potato
  • 1 1/4-ounce package Active dry yeast
