FERNANDINA CORN BREAD

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) salad oil
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 - 8 ¾ ounce can cream style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup(s) self rising cornmeal

Combine the above ingredients. Pour into greased skillet or corn stick pan. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
