Ingredients
- Base
- 1 x 250 g packet plain chocolate biscuits
- 150 g butter, melted
- Filling
- 3 teaspoons gelatine powder
- ¼ cup boiling water
- 2 x 250 g packets cream cheese, softened

- 1-2 tablespoons sour cream
- 10-16 Ferrero Rochers, chopped
- 1 x 300 g carton thickened cream, whipped
- ½ cup caster sugar
- Decoration
- 50 g dark chocolate, melted
1. Base: Blend or process plain chocolate biscuits until finely crushed. 2. Add melted butter and process until just combined. 3. Press biscuit mixture into base and up sides of a 20 cm springform tin. 4. Cover and refrigerate while preparing filling. 5. Filling: Sprinkle gelatine over water ...
