Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1 x 250 g packet plain chocolate biscuits
  • 150 g butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 3 teaspoons gelatine powder
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 2 x 250 g packets cream cheese, softened
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1-2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 10-16 Ferrero Rochers, chopped
    • 1 x 300 g carton thickened cream, whipped
    • ½ cup caster sugar
    • Decoration
    • 50 g dark chocolate, melted
