Feta Custards In Phyllo Cups
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 package(s) mini phyllo cups
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice

- ½ cup(s) chopped parsley
- 4 ounce(s) crumbled feta cheese
- 1 package(s) cream cheese, softened (3 oz pkg)
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
With an electric mixer combine feta cheese, cream cheese, egg, lemon juice and flour, beat until almost smooth. Fill cups with mixture.
