Feta Walnut Date Cigars
- 1 package phyllo dough (roughly 17- by 12-inch sheets)
- 1 ¼ sticks unsalted butter (preferably European-style)
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 6 ounces crumbled feta
- ½ cup pitted dates
- 2/3 cup walnut pieces
