Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped jarred roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • Fresh Squash Chips
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1 (8-oz.) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

1. Process first 7 ingredients in a food processor 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in red peppers and green onion. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve with Fresh Squash Chips. Note: Nutritional analysis does not include Fresh Squash Chips.
