Fig and Fennel Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup rye flour
- 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 envelope dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour

Mix 1 1/4 cups warm water, sugar, and yeast in small bowl. Let stand until mixture bubbles, about 10 minutes.
