Finger Buns

Ingredients

  • Bun dough
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast or 3 teaspoons if adding fruit
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • ⅔ cup sultanas (optional)
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • ¾-1 cup luke warm water
    • Bun glaze
    • ½ cup sugar
    • ½ water
    • Icing
    • 1 cup icing sugar
    • 2 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
    • 1 tablespoon warm water
    • Strawberry essence (optional)
    • Coconut or sprinkles
