Finger Licking Spareribs
Ingredients
- 1 clove(s) garlic (minced)
- ½ cup(s) water
- ½ cup(s) brown sugar
- 1 cup(s) ketchup
- ¼ cup(s) Worcester Sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili pepper

- 1 each(s) sherry wine and water (½ cup each)
- ¼ cup(s) vinegar
- 6 pound(s) spareribs (baby back)

In a large frying pan, brown spareribs. Add sherry and water, cook for 1 hour on medium heat. Cool in liquid and remove excess fat.
