Fingerling Potatoes with Butter and Thyme


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces fingerling potatoes or baby potatoes
  • 2 large fresh thyme sprigs

Place potatoes in medium saucepan; pour enough cold water over to cover. Add thyme sprigs, butter, and salt. Bring to boil.
