Fire Red Candy Apples

Ingredients

• 8 medium apples, green or red
• 2 ¾ cup(s) sugar
• 1 ¼ cup(s) light corn syrup
• 1 ½ cup(s) water
• 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
• 15 drops red food coloring
