Fish In A Vegetable Patch

Ingredients

• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 cup diced celery
• ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
• ½ cup diced onion
• ¹/₃ cup diced carrots
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• + 3 more ingredients
• • ½ tablespoon salt
  • 1 pound halibut fillets
  • 4 slices lemon, for garnish

1. In a small sauce pan, combine the tomato sauce, celery, green pepper, onion, carrots, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Bring to a boil.
