Fish Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) Soft Bread Crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon(s) onion seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon(s) celery salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • dash of pepper
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 Eggs, beaten
    • 1 cup(s) milk
    • 1 flaked, cooked or canned fish (salmon, tuna or other desired fish) (1 lb 2 ½ cup )

Combine crumbs and seasonings. Beat eggs; combine with milk and pour over the crumbs. Allow to stand until liquid is absorbed; then beat to a smooth pulp. Combine with remaining ingredients and pack into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° about 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.
