Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • Steamed Halibut with Kale and Walnuts
  • ½ cup peas
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • 2 6-ounce halibut fillets, flaked, cooked or raw
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
    • 2 scallions, sliced
    • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    • 2 stalks celery, chopped
    • 2 pounds packaged refrigerated prepared mashed potatoes (such as Dinerfs Choice)
    • 2 carrots, chopped

Saute celery, carrots, and garlic in 3 tablespoons olive oil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in milk, spinach, peas, Parmesan, eggs, parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and flaked halibut.
