Fish with Wine, Tomato and Onion


  • 4 fillets of cod or other firm white fish, about 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano , or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cup(s) dry white wine
