Fish with Wine, Tomato and Onion
Ingredients
- 4 fillets of cod or other firm white fish, about 6 ounces each
- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh oregano , or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- ½ cup(s) dry white wine
