  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • ½ cup fresh mint
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 pounds flank steaks
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large cantaloupe
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup Italian parsley
    • 2 tablespoons white balsamic (or cider) vinegar

Toss cantaloupe, onion, parsley, mint, vinegar and oil in a bowl. Set aside. Heat a grill, grill pan or large skillet over high heat. Season flank steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
