Ingredients

  • 2 flank steaks
  • Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 2/3 cup dry red wine
  • 6 large cloves of garlic
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce

1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Add the flank steaks and coat well with the marinade. 2.
