  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ½ cup Frangelico or other hazelnut liqueur
  • 12 ounces 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate

    • 1 cup golden brown sugar
    • 1 cup finely ground hazelnuts
