Fondue with Tequila

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons tequila
    • ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese
    • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, and cook for about a minute.
