  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast or quick-rising dry yeast
  • 1 egg white
  • Olive oil
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • ¾ cup pitted Kalamata olives or other brine-cured black olives
    • 2 teaspoons sugar

Bring milk to simmer in small saucepan. Add butter and sugar; stir until butter melts. Pour mixture into large bowl.
