French Fried Onion Rings

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
• 1 ¼ cup(s) milk
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
• 1 ½ cup(s) flour
• 3 large sweet onions
• 2 eggs

Peel whole onions and then cut crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices. Separate the slices into individual rings. Dry rings thoroughly with paper towels.
