French Fried Potato Puffs

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• 1 cup(s) flour
• 2 eggs, well beaten
• 4 cup(s) mashed potatoes
• 4 slice(s) bacon

Fry bacon until crisp; crumble into small pieces. Combine with potato and beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients into potato mixture. Blend well.
