Fresh Figs with Bacon and Goat Cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 12 small fresh ripe figs, such as white or Calimyrna
- 1/3 cup crumbled mild herbed goat cheese
- 6 regular smoked bacon slices
