Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon(s) shredded basil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 cup(s) mixed yellow and red grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon(s) snipped chives
  • 0.5 cup(s) finely diced smoked Gouda

In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the cheese, cilantro, basil and chives. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
