  • ½ cup ginger ale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 3 tablespoons chilled heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 13 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup chilled salted butter
    • 4 large peaches
