Fresh Tomatillo Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 large garlic clove
- ½ pound small fresh tomatillos
- 1 tablespoon fresh serrano chile
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
Coarsely chop tomatillos, then purée with remaining salsa ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth.
