Fresh Tomato and Onion Chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons fresh jalapeño chile
  • ½ pound tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice

    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
    • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
    • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
    • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
