  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped onion
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, divided
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 (4-ounce) tuna steaks (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon pepper, divided
    • Mint sprigs (optional)

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, and sauté 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
