Fresh White Fish Salad
Ingredients
- Salt
- 1 pound(s) fresh white fish fillet
- Lemon juice
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Tarragon
- 1 stalk(s) celery
- + 1 more ingredients

- 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
Bake white fish in covered pan for 20 minutes at 350°F. Allow to cool. Separate skin from flesh. Mash the white fish flesh. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, tarragon, and salt. Dice celery and add to fish. Add mayonnaise and mix.
