Fresh Yams Baked in Orange Sauce


  • 4 pound(s) fresh yams or sweet potatoes
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) corn starch

  • 2 cup(s) orange juice
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter, or margarine
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) grated orange peel
