FRIED APPLE RINGS 2

Ingredients

• 4 McIntosh or other pie apple (large)
• Bacon grease
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• ½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Core apples but do not peel. Slice apples into about 1/2 inch circles. Each apple makes about 4 slices. Heat bacon grease and add apple circles.
