Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup honey
    • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
    • 1 pound eggplant
    • 4 cups water

Place eggplant in large bowl. Add 4 cups water and 2 teaspoons salt. Let soak 30 minutes. Drain well; pat eggplant dry with paper towels.
