  • 2 fresh jalapeño chiles
  • 8 tablespoons corn or vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ pound plum tomatoes
  • 1 large white onion
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • ½ pound fresh tomatillos
    • 8 large eggs
    • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
